There are four ways to reach Javadu hill in Vellore district. From Vellore you can go to Odugathur and from there to Javvadumalai, from Polur to Javvadumalai and from Amirthi to Javvadumalai. The fourth is 25 km from Vellore. On the way to Amirthi is the village of Naganadi. You can also go to Javadumalai from this village. Be careful when going through this.

        The road from Nakanadi to Javadu Hill is a rough road, although the road is rough enough for a four-wheeler. .


Carefully follow the path of stones and thorns.


          Also to go this way you have to cross 9 wild river. It is very dangerous to go this route during the rainy season.


         





          Go to the most densely forested area around. The forest is home to many trees such as gooseberry, palm tree, banyan tree, royal tree, locust tree and fermented tree. After crossing the 6th river, there is a temple called Thanjiyamman. Not only those who come here through this, but also worshipers from Vellore and the surrounding villages. There is a pond after crossing the eighth river, from which water for temple worship is taken. Not only this, the pond is also an important source of water for the birds and animals in the forest.


         After crossing the last river they have another temple. It is said in Pillaiyarko, the important thing is that there is no idol in Pillaiyar temple and Thanjiyamman temple here. They worship with stones. Only at the back of the Thanjiyamman temple, idols of horses, elephants, goats, cows, etc. are worshiped as idols.


             At a distance of 7 km from Nakanadi, in the forest, after crossing 9 rivers, comes the village of Thellai at the foot of the hill.
